it may be the cartridges are dried up from being stored incorrectly take them back get new ones to rule that out first !! Hope this helps!!

This model of printer has a known fault with the LCD panel.

Contact xerox in your country, who will arrange to have a replacement front panel sent out to you to install

faulty ROS unit or ribbon cable (ros window may be dirty)

If Xerox services your machine; I would call them to have it serviced.

Go to the Xerox.com website and start there. Good luck.

Go into the paper size settings in the menu and re-input the desired paper size.

Solo hay que desconectar la bateria interna que esta debajo del panel por un momento , conectas la energia sin conectar la bateria , si todo esta bien vuelves a conectar la bateria y ya no te dara mas problemas.
