I have a Wurlitzer 1015 OMT CD jukebox (1999). The unit will grab the CD and place it on the CD player but the CD will spin but it the CD doesn't stay in the middle of the player. Anyone have thoughts

In the center of the spindle of the CD spin motor is a plastic post with 3 or 4 spring loaded ball bearings in it. These are supposed to catch and hold the CD securely while it spins. Your selector arm that moves the CD into position may be out of adjustment and not pushing the CD's hard enough to snap them into position over these balls or the springs holding these balls may be worn or missing. These don't usually wear out but if the machine had been bounced around a lot during it's long life, who knows? One way to check would be to manually place a CD over the spindle and press it on. If it snaps into position securely, it is the arm adjustment. For that, you will either need the service manual or if you are mechanically inclined, look for a spring loaded adjustment screw somewhere on the arm assembly. If you find an adjustment, DO NOT over tighten it as you could bend the arm. Start with small adjustments until the CD mounts the spindle every time then stop there. These adjustments vary from brand to brand. Good luck.

The fuse keeps blowing out after a while my jukebox that is connected with the wallbox is turned on... maybe after 3-4 hours. any suggestions?

It could be caused by the wrong fuse type being fitted. A fuse blows due to an overload. But some overloads can be of a short nature. The surge when something is switched on for example. A fuse which is say a quick blow type would therefore go straight away. It could also be a fault (on the wallbox) or a bad connection between the wallbox and the jukebox.

How do i replace the cd laser on my wurlitzer omt

Unless you have specialized equipment to align the laser, do not try to change the laser. That being said, when I have problems with a CD juke that I track down to the player, I change the whole player (the silver unit about 4"x6"). Enco systems .net has new and rebuilt CDM-pro players. If it as older one, other places rebuild them. Enco has a list of player symptoms on their home page to determine if you need a player.
