This error can happen when part of the zip file becomes corrupt during an interrupted download, copy or move. If this error happens due to Internet connection problems (for example, noise on a phone line) then the problem can most easily be solved by discarding the damaged file and downloading a new copy. Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 8 all have a free extraction tool. You just right-click on a ".zip" file and click "Extract All". First, if you have already downloaded and installed the free WinZip, you can just Uninstall it.

Some possibilites:-
1/ The zip file containing the .pst is corrupted.
2/ The target disk is not being correctly specified.
3/ The .pst file is very very large.

Uninstall the WinZip, restart computer and got to WinZip website and download WinZip's free trial again.... Should be good to go.. If that don't help just buy the program, but not just the program, get the Software CD, that comes with serial key this way you will always have it handy. and a short tip to.. If it's free online then ovoid the downloading updates when when there due cause that way you will just continue to use that same version and ovoid the ending trials.. WinZip System Utilities for me was always a problem as for almost all the other Tune-Up Utilities programs... Hope this helps...Ian.C

To configure WinZip to use another interface:

1. Click the Settings tab in the ribbon.
2. Click the WinZip Options button.
3. In the WinZip Options dialog that displays click the View tab.
4. Choose the Legacy menus/toolbar radio button or the WinZip ribbon interface radio button.
5. Click OK.
