Somehow, a virus or a hacker go into my computer
I feel your pc might have got deeply infected with virus. Try running kaspersky recovery tool (Kaspersky Rescue disk) during your pc start up. In case if you dont have the product cd, you may download it from http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk#downloads.

Can't connect to internet,Computer says i am but can't browse still
Wireless Zero Configuration was first introduced with Windows XP. In Windows Vista it was renamed to "WLAN AutoConfig".
Wireless Zero Configuration (WZC) or WLAN AutoConfig is a service
included with modern versions of Microsoft Windows that dynamically
selects a wireless network to connect to base on a user's preferences
and various settings. This can be used instead (or in the absence) of a
wireless network utility from the manufacturer of a computer's wireless
networking device.
To join a wireless network:
- Open the Start menu and click Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel Home window, click View network status and tasks.
If you are using
Classic View, double- click
Network and Sharing CenterClick
Connect to a network. Select your network from the list and click
Connect. If security is enabled on the network, you will be asked to type your
network security key or passphrase for your AP/router. After typing
security key, click
Connect. and keep follows the prompt.

How to use wifi? bcoz its always unable..
In public WiFi hotspots, there is usually an agreement page that pops-up and leaves a cookie (saying you will stay within the rules.) Go into your browser settings and make sure the security is set to allow 3rd party cookies to be saved on your phone. Then click on a detected network to connect. Now open the browser and click yes to the agreement pop-up and you should be good to go.
Good luck and thank you for using FixYa! We would sure appreciate a 4 "thumbs-up" rating for this FREE answer. Happy holidays!

My question is
See there are some old settings saved on your computer for the same wireless network name.
I believe the operating system on your computer is windows VISTA / 7 .
Now you will need to remove the network from the preferred network list. then add the new network on your computer and you will be able to connect to the network. Make sure that you have all the wireless settings of your network. If you are not sure about the wireless settings of your network then you will need to check the wireless settings of the network.
