If still having the flickering issue, please ensure that you have not accidentally increased the FPS setting for your tv. Otherwise, you can remove any accessories attached to the tv and then power cycle the tv. Thank you.

I know this is late, but this happens frequently. If anyone else has the same problem try unplugging the TV for 60 seconds. Plug it back in and then hold the power button down for 30 seconds. That will reset the TV.
You should see the Westinghouse logo come up and the HDMI should work. This has happened twice with my TV in 1 year.

Hours x 22 delay before starting. H22 means the dishwasher set for a delay start ie it will start after 22 hours. If u keep pressing + button and get that sign to H00 and then start your dishwasher it will start immediately.

I need the channel access code for my TV digital channels

I believe that dish has it's own type of remotes and the remote that you purchased is specifically compatible with your tv and not necessarily the Dish box. This would explain the difference in the code lengths. So, you would need to call dish and ask them what remote's are compatible with Dish. Thank you.

I'd lean towards bad LED backlights

Bad EEPROM in main board, IC can be replaced for about $15 or you can replace the entire board

There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Try this....with the TV off put a hair dryer in the back lower fins of the TV and let it run on high for about 5 mins, shut the hair dryer off and see if the set comes on the way it should..If it does I'll tell you how to fix it, if it doesn't I've got some other ideas but want you to try this first

Your TV is LED backlite so there won't be a backlight inverter, those were only used on sets with CCFL backlilghts. As far as what's wrong with the set...it could be several things, this model and series set was known for EEPROM failure, unfortunately this is an all in one set, with the power and main board as one board so it's harder to service. Another issue could be failed led backlights.
