The model number is the 952711334 This is an XT200 Featherlight manufactured in 2004

The blower has to have a kill wire / switch. If you are getting spark to the plug I would suspect another issue. Make sure you have the proper plug.

The connector in the tank is the fuel filter. Yes this needs to be reconnected for the unit to operate. I suggest changing the fuel lines to new lines.

There are not different jets for the carburetor, the only thing you can do is to adjust and run high octane fuel.

fit new diaphragms in the carby don't alter any settings just undo the housing screws and replace the diaphragms

Defective inlet valve in carburetor?

Take out carb and spray with carb cleaner through and into all portals. Blow out with air compressor.and reassemble. Adjust idle and low and high mixture screws according for proper operation.
