I answer questions for free
My job is to find resources to help you solve do-it-yourself problems
This is the first intelli-timer question I've seen on fixya.
That says the company either has a good product or they provide customer service.
https://www.watts.com/pages/support.asp?catId=64The company has a customer support page with telephone numbers.
It looks like they are selling the product through manufacturing reps, so they will probably refer you to the guy who sold it, which will be a big disappointment.
https://www.watts.com/pages/support_email_form.asp?catId=64The 'contact us by e-mail' asks for personal information which is bad customer relations.
http://media.wattswater.com/es-a2c-m1.pdfThe manual above does not have troubleshooting steps
This tells us that the timer is not repairable
The manual does not contain the word green, or light or LED
https://www.watts.com/pages/learnAbout/intelliflow.aspThe web page shows the words green light
It says green light stays on when unit has power
Solutions:
The low voltage transformer might not be getting power > test receptacle for power.
Call the company but I suspect you will get a run-around. I base this on similar product websites, and the marketing model for their product.
