On the side of the clipper their is a slot move this with a screw driver until the noise stops, the blades should start moving

I'm going to Italy. Is it dual voltage?

Italy uses 220 volts, 50 cycles alternating current (AC). If your appliance works on both 110 or 220 then IT'S dual voltage and should work. If it only runs on 110 then you will need a voltage converter to use it on 220.

I have a set of Wahl Seniors and I can't get them to stop pulling hair. I properly lubed them, adjusted the blade per the settings,& thouroghly cleaned. If anyone is familiar w these please help.

The blades may be dull and need replacing. Blades for your model can be found at shaveroutlet.com at the link below Wahl Professional 2 Hole Clipper Blade
