Question moved to a Volvo Penta Marine category from Cars. Check the starter motor and solenoid for a dead short. It would take something big to blow the 50 amp fuse.

no year car told nor miles how sad , no? or Hour meter reading on engine meter IT IS NOT CAR it is a BOAT, AQ = aqua ! marine.? lots of causes that, 1: PCV valve clogged or hose to it kinked, or installed backwards. 2: head valves SEALS all bad. 3: Piston rings bad. old or rusty from salt water leaks in the boat? 4:cracked head or bad headgasket. Sounds like it is going into guardian mode or the volvo equivalent. It may be running too hot. Check your water pump, intake and seastrainer.

What engine? 4cyl, 6 cyl, 8 cyl? 2.1 2.3 2.5 3.0 3.8 4.3 5.0 5.7 7.4liter?

290 is engine oil ( 15w40 ) 2.6litres 290DP is SAE90, 2.7Litres

check tilt system latch

check engine oil seals , or you make a engine service oil change recently and squirm out the engine , also check the oil filter is tight , Maybe water comes from outside when navigating
