I think your Viewpad 7e needs to be serviced. I hope it's still under warranty.I see the other two awesome solutions provided here: a manual for a completely different tablet and an offer for an ethernet driver you can't use.I am actually working on a Viewpad 7e right now with the same symptom. I think it will need a new main board, but if I do come across another solution I will post it here.

my camera from my viewsonic is not working, what sould I do

put micro sd card into usb with a usb micro sd holder a put music or photos onto it/put micro sd back into viewpad slot next to sim card slot /thats it.

The problem is that the Viewpad 10 does not have enough power at the USB port to push a standard external HDD. You will need an externally powered drive or a two to one usb cable for this to work.
