Push the green button and hold it for about 5 or 10 seconds. Make sure it is charged up first. Optionally pull the battery out and connect the charger. It should boot up automatically.

You need to give more info to work with. Have you tried each of the numbers as primary contact? This problem sounds like the unit is trying to connect with initial number, timing out and trying secondary number. This would account for processing delay.

Only if it hasn't "batched" yet. You can press the "Reprint" button (second from right purple button) to reprint the last receipt. You can also print any receipt that hasn't batched yet (normally from the current business day) by entering the receipt number. You can guess the number if you don't know it. Number 1 is the first transaction of the day, number 2 is the next one, etc. If for some reason your transactions from the previous business day didn't get sent as a batch to the processor successfully, you would be able to print receipts for them. Otherwise, contact your processing company, and they should be able to send you a copy of the receipt.

Turn off and unplug the Verifone 3750. Wait for five seconds or so and then plug it back in. This will automatically reset the Verifone 3750 and it will reboot and restart.

Reset the shift. Resetting the shift is another reset option available for Omni. Press "Shift," then "#," followed by "1" to reset and change the shift.

Press "Shift," then "#," then "2" to stop a change and keep the shift on the current settings.

Call your techincal support. You need a new terminal!

1. Disconnet the power cable.
2. Hold the red cancel key for ten seconds.
3. Remove the battery

hit arrow down to "other set-up", select that, then keep hitting the next button until you get to auto-settle, hit edit, select off, hit exit, hit confirm changes, then press the cancel/clear key to exit set-up mode.

Most likely because you settled the day in the morning and your processor only allows one batch settlement per day. The type of terminal in this case doesn't matter. Hypercom, Ingenico, PAX, Verifone etc... It is all about what the processor allows in the programming.

Bill, That is going to depend on your processor and programming. Some processors only allow "The day" to be settled once per day. Others enable a "Cut time" which ends the day at a specific time of day and will not allow a manual settlement before that time.
