tht ringtne format is not supported in your phone..check the formatte of ringtone,that may support your phone.It will work properly.

hi marsha,

Unlocking your phone won't make a difference. Unless you know how toflash a phone, it won't work on Alltel. Besides that, flashing a phoneis VERY RISKY. Your best bet is to wait until the merger integration iscomplete.

I'm sorry, the phone is screwed. I've had this happen. All you can do is replace the screen, assuming it's worth saving. Get a junker phone and pull the screen outta it. It's a little bit of a pain, as you've gotta have a soldering iron to lift the ground wire, but after that you are home free!
