Typically, when moving from an integrated video card to a AGP/PCI/PCI-e video card you want to boot the system into the operating system with the old card configured. After that you uninstall the older drivers or disable the card in the Device Manager.

Once that is done, power down the system, unplug all cables, open the case and put in the new card. Be careful of static discharge by touching the system metal/case before touching any components

Reboot the machine and check the systems BIOS (by entering the setup at first boot) and determine if there are any settings for the video adapter. Some systems require changing the default adapter in the BIOS.

Save any changes in the BIOS and have the system boot into the operating system. You may be required to load the video drivers at this point.

From the User Manual:

When the UPS is in "Backup" mode, press the power switch for less than 1 second to silence the audible alarm.
(This function is disabled when the UPS is under condition of "LOW BATTERY" or "OVERLOAD".

I don't know if you've tried the manufacturer's download page but there are a number of links to "Download MotionTools software for Windows" for the various products. You probably already found that. I did some searching and couldn't find it for download so I would say the best bet would be to call the manufacturer (Gyration) and request a replacement disc or ask them where you can get it. For the US at least here is the contact info.

Something is shorted; Check the 4 pin power plug to see that it is in the right location - some boards have an 8 place connector for it.

Need a password.....if its not yours then could be tricky.

Are you talking about docs on it that you cannot alter or getting access to the Stick??

If its docs that is altered in the office program it was typed in.

in this case what you do just open your CPU case and remove your sound card and re fix it hope fully your problem will solve

Um a ati rage 128 pro is not a very powerful card, and after win 98 there isn't any support for direct3d or opengl. So you will need to upgrade to a better card if you expect to play games.

right click anywhere on your screen and left click properties. This will take you to your screen display. You will see a lever with a number range. You can change to a higher resolution. If it's in internet explorer, go to view at the top, then text size and choose large or larger, etc. In a program such as word, you'll see some numbers at the top ext to B U and I. You can choose a larger size there.

Do you have a battery backup?Sounds like that's what's beeping.
