Unfortunately, according to the information available on the manufacturer's support website, Ulead MediaStudio Pro 8.0 is not compatible with operating systems later than Microsoft Windows XP.

You will find that the software is not compatible with Windows Vista and later operating systems. Also, the manufacturer is not planning any future updates to this product.

First i have to confirm you MPEG in file format of video clip or movie file, you have to install mpeg player, if try to play in "windows media player" you get no luck. so that one you i suggest to you download the VLC player, this is a multiple player to play the different type of music and video format.

1) Download the VLC player
2) Easy installation in all Windows version.

My apologies but I'm not familiar with the Ulead product you use but I hope what I've written below may be of some use

Fundamentally you need to re encode the AVi to a smaller file size. It seems odd to me that you have AVi files that are too big for a 4.7Gb DVD disc unless you are using a flashy front end. A simple way to convert with minimum input from you would be to use Any Video Convertor Professional to resize the AVi file to a more usable size. By decreasing either or both the Video and audio of the AVI within Any Video Convertor Professional this should sort your problem out. Just ensure you keep the aspect ratio the same if this is what you require.

try play the video with VLC PLAYER or diferent player like BSPlayer.you don't have a good codec video on pc

Try Nero 6 or 7. You can find them on eBay. I have had no problems using Nero.
