I just fixed this exact problem. I accidentally turned on the pump for a couple of seconds while the spa was empty and this drama of the flashing lights resulted. As usual, Google had the answer. What's happened is that the element has become overheated (for whatever reason) and a safety cut-off has been activated. You can reset the element by searching around where the power cord inserts into the heater body for a tiny red pin like button. Give it a firm press and that should solve the problem, it did for me anyway. SL is sleep mode. Lowers temp to around 80 degrees to save electricity and jets running. Use when going on vacation or not using spa for a while. To get in out of sleep mode do this. Touch temp and light buttons once. Out of sleep mode spa will return to normal.

water is probably 60 and recirculation pump not working or heater element bad

check circulation pump if running check pressure switch circuit make sure unit isnt on maintain mode or economy

try cleaning salt sensor if same then replace

when changing from pool to spa make sure the jva valves are turning to shut off pool and recycle spa water to heat it

check vent --fire sensor
