Tylo Hardware & Accessories - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

Hi Andy, I am Kelly and wish to at least make an attempt to help you out. I have done quite a bit of research and like you have come up with little nothing positive.

You may have to buy your own 3 phase 24DC controlled contactor and control that with a yet another relay.

At this point you may want to call Tylo direct or email them and explain your needs to see if they can help you.

Page 8 of their installtion manual shows several 3 Phase connections

Tylo contct info:

TYLö AB, Svarvaregatan 6, S-30250 Halmstad, Sweden.
Tel +46 35 10 00 80, Fax +46 35 102580. E-mail: [email protected] Internet: www.tylo.se

Here is the controller you may need with a 5 meter capillary tube. it does not say if it is 3 Phase and it is mecanical.

Seriously I would contact Typo directly via the contact info above and solve your problem quickly.

the manual says each unit has a maximum load of 3 amps (abt 7 one hundred mini light sets). when ANY INDIVIDUAL outlet is overloaded,ALL lights will turn off and an outlet overload message (OL) will be displayed. To reset, unplug unit, then unplug some of the lights in the outlet that appears to be overloaded and plug unit back in

It's important to make sure everything is okay with your boiler. That means that it turns on and works just fine when you want it to, and in the same way it should also turn off when it needs to be turned off.

Boilers not turning off might not be a problem in your home but there certainly are some homeowners who struggle with this issue. This issue needs to be fixed right away because boilers that won't turn off could increase the risk of overheating in your home. Not only that, but you'll also find yourself paying more since your boiler won't stop running.

You can check your boiler's thermostat and see if anything changes when you try to turn the temperature levels down. If nothing happens, you should contact an expert to check the thermostat. Hiring an expert offers many advantages. Your heating system professional will also look for other areas that could be causing the issue such as the valves, the programmer, and the intricate wiring inside the boiler. These areas require the skill of an expert that's why it's best to visit the website of I-Delta to get connected with a professional who will help you.

I was just cleaning out a drawer and came across the instructions (two months after I worked through the setup!!). If you would like I can create two .jpg images and send them along. The original printing is pretty small. [email protected]

Owner's manual troubleshooting? Otherwise my wild guess: Change the arms without power, tighten and retry plugin.

The Geyser Load Control Timer, ISG1201, is designed to prevent geyser from operating during the Eskom's designated weekly morning and evening peak times. The ISG1201 features 4 easily selectable, pre-programmed, geysers "ON" operating profiles to ensure maximum comfort whilst not burdening the user with the complicated process of having to program the unit.
The profiles are as follows;
  • Program (1) is always "ON"
  • Program (2) "ON" after sunset to accommodate solar geysers
  • Program (3) "OFF" all the time
  • Program (4) savings program - "ON" 6 hours weekdays and 12 hours weekend days
