Purchased the Tunturi recombent bike E80R in April
Could be that the belt is sliding against the wall of the wheel (against the ridge/lip). This is because your wheel is probably not level. This is usualy caused by wear, or because the wheel was moved or adjusted on purpose and not levelled or aligned correctly.
A 1: If your wheel is not level, the belt going around the wheel will inevitably migrate towards the edge of the wheel stand in front of the machine and look straight down at the wheel while it is motion (spinning), you should be able to see if it (the belt) is moving.
If, however your wheel is bent, this could cause the same problem. However, this is no quick fix. It will generally mean replacing the wheel
A 2: In order to recognize if your wheel is bent, stand in front of the machine and look straight down at the wheel while it is in motion. You should be able to see a, "Wobbling" in the wheel, indicating its condition.
