Multiple users will slow each user down. Think of people filling glasses from the same water faucet. The faucet can only put out so much water. More users...less water per user. Same for router data flow. In your case, it could be too many users in your office or many users on the main feed line coming into your building Check with your internet provider. They can send a tech to measure data speed and identify what is causing your issues.

You will need an lan or wlan connection to your router, the service/ip address, 1st, open to your web browser, 2nd, type in your service/ ip address into the link, 3rd, login to your router's settings, and find the wireless setting. if you do not understand these steps, please consult you manual for "login to router" settings, or find the web site, and find user assistance.

In order to get your router back to the original settings, you must push in the reset button (usually on the back of the router) for somewhere between 10 and 30 seconds depending on the router. You may need a pin or something small to push in the button, because it can be recessed. Once you have reset the router, the username and password will be changed to the defaults, admin and password, respectively. One thing you must remember is that resetting the router will change all of the router settings back to the factory settings. This means you will lose all of the changes you made since you got the router. Make sure to write down any things you've changed, so you can change them back after the reset. Also, I recommend updating to the latest firmware after the reset.

There a great article at General Router Setup.

Open a web browser. Type in the address bar. Username is admin Password is admin
Unless you changed your password to the router, in which case you will have to do a hard reset on the router to get all the defaults back. This means, more than likely you will have to setup anything that you had configured on the router before the reset.

I don't have the same router, but my router requires the reset button to be pressed and held for 20 seconds. Try that. Also, I have found the manual on-line. Try the link below:

Switches don't need any configuration whatsoever. So this should work without any trouble.
