Sending and receiving emails require a client on your device such as gmail and a server that will send the email on to the recipient. It sounds like you don't have an email account set up with a server.

The TV needs a video in and the tablet needs a video out.

There are certain reasons which does not allow tablet to turn on Maybe the connecting wire of Tablet and its PCB. I am referring this video, it might help you

Check the charger first. Plug it into something else. See if it charges. If you can not do that take it to a store like best buy and see if the have a replacement charger that you can try. The plug in the tablet can come loose if it is dropped while plugged in and if that happens you are in the market for a new one.

The solution is a factory reset....I know you have done this but did you follow these instructions? 1.Make sure the tablet is off and not in standby. 2.Hold down the 'Volume Up' and 'Power' buttons simultaneously until the two Android icons appear. 3.Use the volume buttons to select the white box on the right. 4.Once selected, press the power button. 5.Use the volume buttons to select 'wipe cache partition' and then press the power button. 6.Select 'Yes' and press the power button. 7.Use the volume buttons to select 'wipe data/factory reset' and then press the power button. 8.Select 'Yes' and press the power button. 9.The tablet will now reset.

Check your router, leave the tablet the way it is. If you have a modern router it have the capability to change channels (from 2.4 to 5gh.) Also try to test the tablet with other wireless services, like from a friend or your phone hot spot. If it connects, then it's most definitively your router.

Have you tried restarting your Wi-Fi Internet source (via cable TV) or wherever the source is.
This happens to our cable Internet and we have to shut down the cable sores wait 10 seconds and then turn it back on

Go to settings, wifi, find your network name [ the ssid] select it then enter the password for your network. Some times you can push the wps button on the router, then select the network and you may not have to enter the password, good luck.

Only a select few (very few) M400's have a 3G wireless module, and from what I understand they do not use a Sim Card as they use CDMA technology. You can tell if your unit has the 3G unit with several different ways.

A. Check the device Manager

B. Try and install the 3G power management driver, and see if it loads.

C. Check using Toshiba Utilities if installed

D. This is the hardest way, but the best. Remove the keyboard, and if the 3G unit is installed, it will be at the top right hand side of the case under plastic film. (I have had three M400's, including the top of the range one that I am writing this on, and I have never seen a 3G unit).

If you do have the 3G unit installed, look for an ESN number. You should then be able to then call Verizon and have the service activated.

Hold the power button down. Being that it is frozen may take a little longer than usual, but less than 30 seconds.

It should still be under warranty, call 866 945 3063.

This is a no brainier, don't beat yourself over it and use the warranty, if you bought it brand new, that is.

Cookies and Browsing history may be deleted using the Privacy Settings in the Android Operating System. Simply click on the Settings icon, then go to Privacy Settings. On the right you will be able to clear cookies, cache and browsing history.
