2. take off battery.
3. wait 5-20 mins
4. turn back the battery inside laptop.
5. turn on wait until it open.

but if still not working and same problem then i suggest you to reformat your unit....

Check if nothing is connected to any usb ports, if not you may need to reinstall or even replace hard drive.

If i were you i'd download and install both the Media Players. You can play HD movies with Media player classic and just about anything with vlc media player.

Do you know where to change the region setting?
If not go to the Device Manager - click on DVD/CD-ROM Driver - then right click on your DVD drive, and click on Properties then DVD Region. You can change your region you require.
If you cannot change the region and the region is locked or you have run out of changes, you can install Region Free software on your computer that allows you to play DVDs from any region.
There may be freeware available on the Internet (do a Google search), but I use DVD Region Free from www.dvdidle.com
it costs a few dollars but I have no problems with it, my DVD drive is locked on Region 1.
There are firmware upgrades available for DVD drives that make them region free, but if you make a mistake with the wrong firmware update then your DVD drive is now a piece of junk.

Please insert single layer DVD. they will be detected.
The DVD Player in ur pc can not read double/dual layer DVD's.

Sound like a performance problem. Did you try updating your video and sound drivers?
You should also see if the Adobe Flash Player is properly installed as that is used for Youtube playback.

Hello,Do you have a wifi card in the computer? It is a hardware part that you need so that the computer can connect to the wifi. If you have that but can't find it in the operating system. The original drive was a 200GB and I replaced it with a 500GB. I used my original Toshiba restoration CDs. Normally when you power on your Toshiba Satellite laptop it attempts to boot the operating system installed on its hard drive. In some instances you may want to boot the Satellite laptop from a different device, such as an operating system installation CD or a USB drive. The boot order doesn't have to permanently be set to the hard drive. It's possible to access the boot order before the operating system loads and change which device is set to boot first. Turn off the Toshiba Satellite laptop. Turn it back on immediately and wait for the "press the F2 key to enter Setup" entry to show up on the screen. Press the "F2" key to access the Toshiba Satellite's BIOS menu. Use the right arrow key to navigate to the BIOS tab labeled "Boot." Scroll down to the option labeled "Boot Priority" and tap Enter. That is a common problem with the Toshiba. The center pin tends to get broken off. I have had to repair them by either installing a new mother board, or removing the mother boars and soldering in a new power port.

Go to control panel and selects devices and printers settings. Click Add device and it should search for a Bluetooth device (make sure it is turned on). If it finds your device it will ask you to set up a pairing number, this varies between manufacturers so look it up in your Bluetooth manufacturers manual.
