No. you will need to convert this format to a recognizable format that is compatible to this particular unit. there is not a firmware upgrade that will assist at this time.

Try Thomson's website. Enter Customer Support or similar worded heading and follow the steps and provide info they ask for.

Can you connect the player to a computer?
If you could you should be able to see it as a removable device, from there create the folder and put the songs on their folder category.
**NOTE** Some music players doesn't recognize folders so if that happens then try to move the music files out of the folders.
