Fuser or other part must be replaced. If you can identify the manufacturer and model of the printer, more information can be provided. You will possibly need to pay a competent technician for a part and for it to be replaced after diagnosis.

did you read the manual first? Y/N? read chapter 10 yet?
the machine needs service, all you can do is RTM read chapter 10..
did you clean all cartridge's contact pins with alcohol.

you failed to say garage door opener , really>?
Cardale lost that word in the post, the MAKERS name..
first off do you have the manuals for it.
did you change out the battery first in the clicker.
did you hot wire test the main opener box first>?
did you check for faults, (even door blockage detectors)
did you read the manual first RTM see pages marked troubleshooting..

is this PANASONIC???, no maker stated why leave that out.

the display dead tells me the power supply inside is Dead.
it needs a new card PSU.
but in shop we use the volt meter and the service manual from Panasonic and that is not cheap. nor laying around free.
on all electronics made, dead , we check DC power inside first..
always, and with a meter... that is what any tech knows and does first...(after the fuse checks)

in the mid 1960s I sold OTC all cartridges' made, then,
this 850 looks AIWA,
the needle slide off end of the AIWA custom cartridge
there is no standard for this.
ebay shows spare needle.
no cartridges, sold , nor covered in the manual (toy grade TT)

E for error. Remove the battery and replace it with a new one. Make and model helps in such questions.

Normally when a printer reports you have a paper jam, there is one, or was one. Someone in the workplace drags the paper out and tears it. The bit that is left is covering the sensor. Open all the doors, remove the toner or ink tanks, look in there with a flashlight. Open the straight pass door at the back if there is one. Find that bit of paper.
