The existing PMP exam format includes the following topics along with percentage questions asked::
I. Initiating 13%
II. Planning 24%
III. Executing 31%
IV. Monitoring and Controlling 25%
V. Closing 7%
Total 100%
Total Number of Scored Questions 175
Total Number of Unscored (Pretest) Questions 25
Total Number of Questions 200
PMI incorporates qualitative scoring system. It means that they do not provide a numeric score for the exam, rather they give you a proficiency level (Above Target, Target, Below Target, Needs Improvement) for each domain. Passing the PMP exam depends on the proficiency levels you achieve in different sections. For example: If you score MP in all domains, you'll pass.
If you are looking forward to PMP certification, you must enroll yourself with a training partner, whose expert guidance can help you gain knowledge and crack the same.

No PC told not even the slightest hint all all , SMACKs of Desktop sure, maker and model is secret.
NO OS told windows 2000 to w10, must we guess that,
my wild wild guess is you are installing windows , RIGHT
and my guess is the hDD is bad or formatted wrong.

why not tell what THING is formatting,
  1. install disk.? name it?
  2. in w7 now and explorer shows no drives.
  3. in disk manager and it shows no drives>
  4. using partition tools and shows no drives/.

better yet tell what you have now, PC and OS
then if upgraded the OS (a good idea)
tell what OS you are upgrading to, if w10 you need no driver, (by hand loaded)

Step one is test the HDD first, if fails S.M.A.R.T test the HDD is no good all all you did above is 100% hopeless. with any bad HDD.
btw , you can assign partitions to a drive letter and need not be a any 2nd drive, etc.

in NVRAM (old PCs coin cell reset works)

in EEPROM stored this only and near impossible or back door works. call them.
TPM locked out PCs, NO HOPE< other than MAKER OF PC.
