Most likely a bad print heat. One of the ink heaters is overheating.

There are two places to insert the clip on the right side of the paper tray. Replaced the clip into the top slot and the printer works fine again.

It is a print head tilt error.
Most likely ink is in the stainless steel pivot block at the bottom of the print head.
Also the printer could have been unplugged and the cleaning blade is stuck to the print head.
Or a cable is binding the print head movement.

Error 61 is a process motor error. sometimes it can be cleared by turning the power off (hard) waiting a minute and turning it back on again. Otherwise I'm afraid its a Xerox customer support job (the printer division is now part of Xerox Inc).
