excellent iron an not that heavy as you would expect
empty every time after use
rain water can be used ...bottle water only well filtered water
..will still scale up
distilled water is better for a warranty claim
constant steam means the control valve is not working
descaling may fix the problem
the other fix is a new iron as the cost to repair is generally more that a replacement price

You may have a serious problem and please stop using this device until this problem is repaired. This usually happens if the steam generator was dropped or had a hard impact from something. Please contact TFAL and they will help you.

It could just be blocked. To unblick you can pour vinigar in the iron, then switch on as normal. Put iron to cleaning mode if it has the option, or else tilt the iron to let it start steaming. The vinigar should clear the blockage and iron should work normally if the internals are not damaged.
