BMI + BMR do not show up when the scale is set in child mode. It's possible you have it set on child, instead of male/female. I have the manual uploaded on photobucket if you needed it.

If you need scales recalibrated, I don't know who does that work in your area. I would check with where you bought them to find out if the work can be done.
