rca to rac or hdmi to hdmi cables then select av on the tv to which ever one you connect it to eg avi av2 av3 or hdmi 1 hdmi 2 etc

If you have 3 capacitors bad, there are likely more that you missed.You didn't mention what kind of Flat Panel. If LCD, then check for the 5 volt supply. The caps are likely 220uF and 1000uF - 1500uF and all in the 16 volt range.
