I bought my kids sylvania smp2200 mp3 players. drug songs over from itunes. only one song will play even though I plug it in to the computer and it shows many songs and will easily play on the compu
Check the format of the songs you moved over from Itunes. The smp2200 will only work with MP1, MP2, MP3, and WMA formats. You can check this by looking at the files on your computer. Good luck. Semper Fi, Z
