Did you try inserting the micro SD card into the PC? You can buy a micro SD to SD adapter then just get an SD to USB drive to easily move files between micro SD and PC assuming the USB cable isn't working for whatever reason

Simple operation guide for SVP t600 HD digital camcorder press the video/photo button to select which type of files to access, video or photography then press the button marked with the play (triangle) symbol. Doing this will access the photos or video on the installed sd card. you can also plug it into your computer by USB, turn it on and it appears as a HDD in my computer. menu is found by pushing the tele/wide button in, menu control is by pushing t/w button up or down and in to select. the rest is on screen.

Hello, I had the same issue, so out of curiosity if it was like an old fashioned camera and turned the lens physically it would help.... and it did, the silver ring that houses the lens turns... it will help sharpen the output just like the old analog cameras

The audio is probably still there, but your computer is missing the proper audio-codec to be able to play it.
