It's not the case that counts, it's the motherboard in it. Find what mb you have and see the video slot in it.

yes it must be used in combo with CTRL ALT and sometimes the windows key, then you must past the image to a paint or word document.

sounds like you dont have the drivers installed. did it come with a disk, if it didnt then id have a look on there site for drivers to downloads and install.

Apprently this unit is unrepairable. I rang Sunbeam and it has a two year warrenty. I suggest you give them a call too as they were very help full to me.

If the device is still under warranty, return it to the store you purchased it from or contact the manufacturer to RMA it.

well like more plug in items you can just connect it into your USB port and the computer will usually try to find its own drivers unless you insert the disc before hand. If it cannot find drivers for the camera then it will ask you for it to search online or tell you to go to the manufacter's website to download the drivers. So just plug it in, wait to see if it detects new hardware, let it try to install drivers on its own, maybe search for them if need be, and if it can't find any just search for drivers on the internet with google or the maker's site.
