How to troubleshoot a frozen evap coil on a hussman rfln5 ,I have several doing the same thing at differant stores and there all only 3 yrs old

GST-40DR not cooling. Cleaned out the coils and hard rest. After a day or 2 it starts to go up in temperature of 42. Any help on repairing and what to get?
