I have an O'Keefe & Merritt double oven gas stove. The model number is 72 7242 23. The upper oven is about the size of a large microwave and sits above the range burners. The lower (full-size) oven is below the burner unit and includes a broiler draw below it.
So, when you say, double oven, I wonder if you are just talking about the main oven with broiler drawer (both of which are below the burner unit.)

Mine was a builder-supplied appliance in the new house we purchased in 1986. The upper oven has never performed very well. And, yes the upper oven can only be used for baking.

I have an instruction manual for it, but it doesn't provide that much information. Getting parts for it is extremely difficult, since Tappan is no longer manufacturing this brand. (I've been trying to locate a flat oven ignitor for the upper oven and can't seem to find a replacement that's the same 6-1/3" length.) In the 1980s Tappan apparently purchased O'Keefe & Merritt and marketed this brand for several years. Models originally manufactured by O'Keefe & Merritt in the 1930s-1950s are considered collectible antique stoves!

It is obvious that there is no electric power supply in your microwave oven.

The problem of your microvave is likely to be from the fuse or wiring connection connected to the panel.

What you need to do fix up the problem from easy to hard , first of all is to carefully unplugged the plug from the wall then allow it to relax for some time then plug it back again to the power supply correctly to see if the problem will be solve ,

Then take a look on the fuse and also the wiring mention above the fuse is some time located at the tip or the mouth of the plug depending on the type of the wiring connection on the oven or inside the oven it self which will need to be check on and same condition is apply on the wire as well.

Try turning the power off to the oven totally and leaving it for a few mins, then turn it back on. If this doesn't work you may have to have a new clock/timer. espares used to have them. If you don't see it listed, send in a request.

It could be that the clock is on the way out, or the buttons that control the clock have dirty contacts. espares can get you a new clock/timer. What you can do is with the oven switched off, rapidly press all the clock buttons one at a time to try and remove the dirt. Switch the oven back on and see what happens. I would imagine that somewhere within the oven, the electrical insulation is breaking down. The only way to isolate the problem is to disconnect the circulating fan and element one item at a time to see what is causing the problem. Unfortunately, you will have to take the whole oven out of its carcass to take the rear panels off the get to the wiring. Any decent electrician should be able to work out what is causing the problem. I would take a bet that it is the oven fan that is causing the problem, but don't take it for granted!

Any good electrical retailer should have oven lamps. They need to be "oven lamps" because of the heat. You may wish to take one out to check its size and rating before you buy. All four lamps in the oven are the same. To get them out, you will need to remove the glass cover. To do this you should see a little lip on the edge of the cover facing you from the front of the oven. Insert a blunt screwdriver or something similar and twist it, that should be all the force that is required. If there is oven grease around the cover it may take a little more effort. There are cut outs on the glass to allow for the bulb. ALSO, don't attempt to do it if the oven has been used because the covers get very hot. When the oven is cold, briefly turn the switch to the first position to put the lights on, without the heating fan. Have a look to see what to do and you should be OK.

The last time I asked, espares could provide a replacement which is what you need to do. If you can't find it listed, there is a section on it where you can ask for a quote.

The best bet is STOVES for a replacement - if they have one. It is relatively straightforward to replace. With all the buttons and knobs removed, there should be two screws underneath the panel , i.e. pointing upwards at either end of the panel,. The panel will also have two lugs along the top edge that locate into the top off the oven. The panels lugs should be first located into the oven before the screws are inserted. It may be a bit of a struggle but can be done.

No. They need to be separate circuits.

For the 720ef , this is what you need to do. Hopefully this will translate to your 900.
There are five buttons on the clock panel and from left to right they are:- Minute Minder, Cook time, Ready Time, Plus and Minus.
TO SET THE TIME OF DAY
Press the Cook Time button and the Ready Time button simultaneously. Use the Plus and Minus buttons to set the time.(24hr clock).
TO SELECT AN ALARM TONE.
Press the Minus button to listen to the first tone. Release it and press it again to listen to the second tone etc (3 tones)
Releasing the button after the tone has sounded will automatically set that tone.
SETTING THE MINUTE MINDER.
Press the Minuter Minder button and either the Plus or Minus buttons simultaneously to set the time.
You can cancel the timer at any time by setting it back to 00.00 by using the Minus button.
After setting, the display will revert to the time of day, but by pressing the Minute Minder button again, the display will show the remaining time.
To reset the cook time, use the plus and minus buttons to set it to zero.
To cancel the automatic setting and return the oven to manual operation, press the COOK TIME and READY TIME buttons simultaneously.
