For what it's worth, I found a picture of a Primo Tacker listed on eBay.fr with a box of staples. The staple size was given as "10/45," which I assume refers to the dimensions of the staples in millimeters. There was a logo on the box - the letters LJ inside a circle.

Multiple staples at once is usually caused by a worn driver, or a worn nose assembly. I would be looking at the driver

This can be caused by many different things: 1) The air pressure is too low 2) The staples are too long 3) The material is too hard 4) The driver blade is worn or chipped

Take out the staples and then slide the pusher rod back and forth. If it does not slide very well then spray a short burst of lubricant on the rod and spring to make it slide more easier. The spring should also offer adequate tension and bounce back into place when compressed and let go

I think your stapler/nail gun is a Mastercraft product but am not sure. Here is a phone number one purportedly can use to call for replacement parts. Hopefully, they might have information as to the staples your device uses. 1-800-689-9928

It varies by model number of the stapler. Your recourse is to determine the model number and inquire with Black and Decker chat support. How do I know? I just tried the chat and was told so.

Use shorter staples or hammer to finish the staples.

Open up the stapler and clean out the channel that holds the staples. Then wipe the inside of it with a little WD40 or some light oil on a cloth. Only a very light oil and just an extremely light application. Reinstall the staple strip and hopefully it works again.

Arrow makes staples for it in a number of different lengths. Other mfg. do also. You need the WIDE CROWN type for them to fit correctly.

Possibly a staple has become jammmed and is not allowing thesensor to be triggered.
