Did you drop it? Leave it plugged in to make sure the battery not dead. If that doesn't work. Unplug it then remove the battery for 30 seconds and put it back it. Then turn on your phone. This will act as a "reset' for your phone. IF that doesn't work, I would say that your phone is probably dead. It happens.
