Hi, when I charge my Sony ereader I have to leave it plugged into the main computer for a few hours. Does the Sony library page open when you have the reader plugged in? If not you may need to re register your reader, the reg.no. Is on the back of the device.

Turn tablet off and charge it when the tablet sometimes works

You will be removing a total of 14 screws. Four are visible externally and are located on the underside of the unit. Remove them. Now, as you look at the back of the unit there will be a trim piece around the edge, the shape of an elongated upside down "U".It is held in with adhesive and use a plastic tool to gently pry off that trim . Removing that trim exposes 8 screws , three each on the sides and two on one of the long sides. remove them. Now hold the docking pin assembly ( where you plug in your device) and gently pull up a little bit to reveal two more screws. Remove those and you will be able to separate ( but not far apart) the front from the back. The Back part is hollow for the most part and the speakers and rest of electronics is on the front part. To do a hard reset on the xperia tablet, first power it down. Then, press and hold "Volume +" for roughly 3 seconds. While still holding "Volume +", then press and hold Power for an additional second. Use "volume -" to arrow down to the factory reset option. Press power to select this option. Then on the next screen use "volume -" again to navigate to the YES option to confirm this is what you wish to do (NB. all data will be erased).

Sorry we have no app library here. Do you have an SD card slot? If so use that.

Do they have HDMI ports?

The charging cable won't work. You need the optional a/v cable.

Plug it in to your pc and factory reset it, if that don't do it try a Bluetooth keyboard, or order another screen and be very delicate when you installing it. Good luck

Try to reinitialice the tablet: Press and hold volume up and power key simultaneously for 10 seconds. Hope this helps.

Hello Let me clarify you question. When you say forgot password do you mean that you put a protective password to sign into your tablet and that is the one you forgot? If so there is no way to get back in without it unless you do a factory data reset on your device.. This will erase everything including your personal data unless you have backed it up somewhere and any apps that you have personally placed on the device as well but you can get those back as long as you use the same google account. Before doing anything if you have a sd card in side you want to take that out or everything that you have on that card will be erased as well. 1.Press and hold the volume up button and then the power button until you see a black screen with blue lettering 2. To get to factory reset use your volume up and down button 3 Use the power button to select it. 4.Then you are going to want to do the same thing again to get to reset tablet 5.Using the volume up or down to get to Reset Tablet and then use the power button to select it. 6.You will be prompted asking you if your sure you want to reset the tablet just click on Erase Everything. Your tablet will begin the resetting process 7. When your tablet comes back up it will be up at the activation screen ie the setup process. Hope this helps.
