Hello,
what windows operating system is your computer running on? Is it window xp, vista, or win 7?
If the disc says that your computer is not compatible, then there is nothing you can do other than to install the disc on a compatible computer. Once a disc say its not compatible with a computer, you can force such disc to install on the computer and even if you do, it won't perform well and it will be of no use. So the best thing to do is to install the disc on a computer that it will be compatible with so that it can perform its functions to the fullest.
I'm sure you did not try the disc on a windows xp system, because windows xp should be compatible with the disc. So which every operating system your computer is running, try to install the disc on another computer using a separate operating system distinct from the one on your computer.
I hope you understand my explanations.
Take care.

Hello,
there is no other screw, the cover is clipped together, that's why you cannot remove it.
Use a flat screw driver to open it from the sides that is clipped together, you need to apply force in order to open it.
You could still further check for any screw, but I doubt if there is any.
Good luck.
