What is a load tester for a batterie

A load tester is typically a resistance pack with an amp gauge to see how the battery deals with current draw. most automotive parts stores have one to bench test car/motorcycle batteries, which they do at no charge (pardon the pun). Batteries can have a "surface charge"(voltage) which will supply low current at the specified voltage from a battery with bad cells, but when a real operating load, such as for an electric motor, the charge drops to zip.. If the charger is putting out voltage to the battery while it's plugged in then it would definitely be a battery issue, generally the charging system for electric wheel-chairs has regulatory circuits to prevent over charging so having one plugged in when not in use typically doesn't cause issues.

Well you have a nice little battery tester there, they all work pretty much the same. It usually tests between 7-14 volts. You can test just about any type of batter with it. Maintenance Free, AGM, Gel Cell, and others. For a pdf' manual, they are usually attainable thru the manufacturers website. Robinair 34700z display went blank yesterday... Machine runs, but no display. Is there anything I can try myself before taking to dealer?

Unlikely, unless you fancy trying to check the connections behind it? It doesn't appear to be a known issue. https://www.google.com/search?q=Robinair+34700z+display+went+blank ..

Waterproofing house stucco

First of all, this is a problem the guys from Home Depot wouldn't know how to fix.

Years ago, maybe when this post was originally written you may have needed to do a two coat system.

Your best and actually easiest option will be to power wash your stucco, to remove any dirt from the surface.
Then you will need to mask everything up tight because you're about to spray all the stucco. Cover any concrete and plants nearby, (anything that is closer than 10 feet from the stucco.)

Then go to Sherwin-Williams and purchase Loxon XP this is a one coat system however if you have larger cracks in the stucco you will either want to caulk them with an elastomeric caulk (if you don't have too many) or apply a second coat of Loxon XP. If you're a do it yourself kinda of person you can go to home depot and rent a spray machine. While your spraying your gonna want to back roll it. www.outbackpaintingusa.com

Salter 9001 bathroom scale stopped working

Hi Pete. I don't keep receipts either : ^ )
No that I am done commeserating, try this. Remove the batteries. Use the eraser end of a common pencil to scrub and clean the battery contacts inside the battery compartment. Also pull the contacts a little closer to the surface if you can. Then reinstall the batteries and you may be up and running.
Please rate my answer as verey helpful thanks. Joe
