1. If you have a battery type igniter, try replacing the batteries.
2. What you need to find out is if you are getting a spark in the igniter unit.
3. The igniter is going to be near one (or several) of the burner(s).
4. Some grills have independent ignition, some have a single igniter.
5. If you have independent ignition and none of the burners will light then you have a faulty button or the wiring is bad. You will probably have to get these parts replaced.
6. If you have independent ignition and one of the burners will not light or you have a single igniter and none of them will light you probably have something clogging that igniter.
7. Pull off the cooking grates and barrier to get down to the burner.
8. Locate the affected igniter and push the button. You should see a spark.
9. If the igniter is clogged, carefully clean it out and test it again.
10. If there is nothing clogging the igniter then you need to inspect the wiring.
11. Faulty wiring or switches will need to be replaced.

Check the crossover tube on the burnners they are usally in the back. If it is a few years old they rot and rust away. If it has tube type burnres slide them out and hold them over a trash can and shake the ash out of the. The amount will suprise you. I would do them all at the first of each grill season. brush the hole on the side of tube to make sure they are all open. replace the tube the cross over tubes help the gas and flame cross over and they lay across the tubes repair or replace if defective. good luck

If sounds like you might have a problem with your gas flow valve. If this is the case, it will need to be repaired or replaced. The parts would have to be purchased directly from the manufacturer of these portable grills.

you probably have debris in the burner remove the burner clean holes and dump the burner out if this doesnt work i can help more if i know what kind of grill it is

glo-warm doesnt sell a conversion kit since they have propane version they sell the propane unit --their are universal conversion kits but you would need to check if their compatible to the glo warm unit

Unscrew the gas igniter button and insert the battery positive end upwards. Then screw the button cap back on. A tip, don't let it rain onto that button. You need to identify brand and model. Armed with that, someone may be able to assist you. Or, you can use google to search for a user manual if you include the brand and model in the search. What follows are general instructions for a lot of grills but may not fit your model: Open the door(s) of the grill. Look up at the bottom side of the grill. Remove the grill screws going up into the bottom of the grill. Tilt the grill forward at the top and release the springs from behind the grill. Lift off the grill.

James, Try Reseting the Regulator..... 1. Turn off the gas at the propane tank. 2. Disconnect the hose from the propane tank. 3. Open the lid of your BBQ Grill. 4. Turn all the burner valves to high. 5. Wait for 2 minutes. 6. Turn off all the burner valves. 7. Connect the gas line back up to the propane tank. 8. Turn on the propane tank slowly. 9. Light the grill using the proper ignition sequence. Best to you.
