I have a Smeg gas range C30GGXU1 and NONE of the stove burners click to ignite anymore. Any ideas?

Mostly when you can light up the pits without the clicker, then that means that there is no power on the stove at all. Check the power cord running to it (which generate the sparks) and see if there is any damage to it.

My SMEG gas oven won't stay alight. When I stop pressing the oven regulator the gas goes out.

Check the regulator at your gas bottles may need replacing

Hi I have a Smeg gas cooker. The gas oven is giving me trouble. It'll ignite and keeps on for a few minutes and then the flame goes out. It takes a few minutes once the oven is lit for the fan to kick in. However if the flame goes out the fan keeps going so you don't know that the flame is out. The fan keeps going for 20 minutes before it stops and all the while you think the oven has been cooking only to find that for the past 20' minutes it's been cooling down. So I have to check every 2 minutes to see if the flame is still on and the oven is still cooking, most times having to relight it, which requires opening the door and holding the knob down for 15 seconds before the flame stays on. It's tiresome and really doesn't work while baking. Please advise?

Most likely the thermocouple faulty. Not sure about the gas regs where you are so be sure tocheck them out before replacment

It could sometimes be a thermocouple that is not properly mounted against the flame or is just defective, these thermocouples are mounted for safety because it would not be good if gas flows out of gas for a long time without flame in professional gas equipment, the gas flow is often Many times higher, by the way a nice device and good brand.
I think the damage is very common here. By hand, you might also be able to take it yourself if there is technical knowledge and with the proper attention on gas sealing. look a few examples of your problem from of the link about this.

I have only had my smeg stove for a month and the flame spreader crowns have stained considerably and I can't get them clean with the recommended cleaning instructions.

even stainless steel will tarnish with the heat from the flame
all metal discolours with heat so the cleaning products will only be to remove spilt food etc from the hob

A42C-5 smeg oven, tripping RCD when switched on, flash is seen in top right corner if you are looking at the back of the cooker. what is likely fault

Control board is probably shorted out ?

How to set timer

I found a pdf of the manual for your stove. See the link below to download the pdf.
If you press the button that looks like a bell under the clock you can use + an - keys to set the minutes for a reminder timer that won't turn off the oven.
After turning the thermostat to the temp you want and function knob to the setting you want set the cooking time as follows.
You press the button that looks like steam coming off a pan below the clock for 1/2 second .
Then use + an - keys to set the minutes. Every 12 minutes will make a new segment light up on the inside ring so the numbers corospond to hours on the inside ring.
When the time is where you want it, wait 6 to 10 seconds and the cooking and timer will start.

If fan element fails on a Smeg dual fuel cooker

If there are other touch switches that are not responding, then the fan failure might not be your problem. If might just be the electronic control board itself. Before you speak of 'fan failure' check the board to see it it is responsive.
The clock will always work even with fan failure.
Check all the wires and harnesses to the control board...unplug and replug them back in.
What is a 'fan element?'
