1. technical occurances resolvable on the network experts
a. email the experts on the network structure to recapture regular functionality
b. personal account maladjustments, log on to personal account and make modifications.

Contact the administrators of whoever blocked you they should be able to assist seeing that you not really giving much info so it is very hard to help a lot with a little...get what i am trying to say :) ?

The only thing can be sone is to inform this matter by an other alternative email address of hers' if you have. She only can get the block out. OK
