Check screens in hoses and in water valve. They may be partially clogged causing it to take a long time to fill.

This is concerning to me because a washing machine should not be able to cause all the breakers to open in the house. This could be related to the house more than the washer. However if the washer has a heating unit that raises the temperature of the water then it could be related to the heating unit failing. The failure could be a short. Try the wash cycle on cold only also there is not many sites that have info on this machine and none that sell spares with the heating element.

On your machine, you press and hold the Options button till the lock goes off. Hope this helps. If you are unable to unlock the "childlock" by holding down the button, then it seems that there is a problem with the PCB or the lock.
