Siemens 2011 if there is an authorized service company for service this cordless telephon in Athens Greece

get the siemens web page up and look for the distributors tab or agents tab for greece run through the list in Greece and then you will get an e-mail or phone number to contact

The base station must be defective or unplugged form the wall socket or phone jack.

I have no ringtone and the phone is flashing base. All okay yesterday. I have tried it on the other base and it is the same, so I assume it is the handset.

check radio base where one of the bases plugs into phone line. Check power and check phone line plugged in properly. All other bases are just charging phones. !
