Switch off from mains, reset the clock (not the timer) and it should work ok

This might be a hard exact item to replace, but look at the old capacitor and write down any information on it- uF capacity should be written on the old capacitor. These are metal body, electrolytic caps, and so an equivalent cap, rated the same, will work, although not be an exact fit, so you will have to jury rig it (improvise).

The model and details plate is normally fastened behind the oven door near the hinges. Other places to look include behind the door of any other compartments , the sides of the oven and sometimes on the back plate (facing the wall)

We need wiring diagram for HB905 Siemens double oven, to start with it kept tripping, element ok. Now we have no heat coming from the main oven.

Phoned siemans direct and they are sending me an instruction booklet in the post

Would not recommend you do, as it is likely to overheat the outer window, assuming it is the inner window that has broken.
