I have a siemens KG39P320GB alarm went off ,

0b5822d5-87b6-44f7-9d13-11adc571634d.jpgLet's check the start relay first and feel the top of the compressor. Is the compressor hot? Not sure where you are located and where you can find parts but the start relay and run or start capacitor if it has one can be matched at most refrigeration part suppliers. A three in one by Supco would be perfect if avaliable where you are located. The above photo is only an example. I'm here if you need me, Thanks Sea Breeze

Siemens American fridge freezer with ice maker, freezer too warm and pipe that water flows from to ice maker is hot, not making ice?

That is a very bad sign, but before you unplug it pull the machine out from the wall and check to see if it feels hot back there as well. Then remove the lower cover and find the condersor fan motor. Its the only fan back there. I'd willing to bet that the fan is not running. The purpose of the the fan is draw air across the compressor and blow it through the condensor therefore lowering the temperature on both parts. When its not working/ running, the heat from the compressor and the condensor is pass onward to the machine and the machine then acts as a heat sink If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jason_4570d45317834dd3

The ligt stays on with the door closed but not at

The door switch that is pushed when you close the door is probably not being pushed far enough. Push it all the way with your finger and see if the light goes off. You may can clean the switch or just replace it.

Freezer is Frozen shut

Try unplugging the freezer and leave the door open for about 30 to 45 minutes. Don't forget the door is open and plug the freezer back in. Set a timer in the kitchen so you don't forget. Once you can open the drawers look inside the freezer sides to find the controller. Most models have turn dial inside.

Siemens GI12B40GB/41 freezer full of ice. If

Hello there,

When ice is building up on the outside of the drawers and on the element in 2 days. Then it means there is a problem with the defrost system of the refrigerator.

You need to run a test on three components inside the refrigerator, which are the defrost timer, defrost thermostat, and the defrost heater.

Once the three are tested, you will be able to get the faulty component and know how to replace it. here are links to tips on testing your faulty component.
