Which model of Sharp microwave do you have?
For the SMC1441CB, after setting the cook time, press the power level button and then the appropriate digits for the percentage of full power to use. For full power, press power level then 1 and then 0. For 50% power, press power level then press 5.
For the SMC0710BB, after setting the cook time, press the Power button until you see the desired power level displayed on the LCD screen. Press Power once to get 100% power. Press Power 6 times to get 50% power.
For the R-659YW, you set the power before setting the cooking time. You press the Power button several times to get to the desired power level. Pressing Power 7 times will have the microwave cook with 40% of its full power level.

Hi, I have Sharp SPC 182 clock, which is not turning on..just a flickering display with beep keeps coming when plugged in..
If the display is flickering I would consider it being a bad main circuit board. If it just keeps beeping when power applied could be a bad touch pad too. Unplagging the pad and reapplying power and see if it beeps with the pad unplugged that would tell you if is the board. If it still beeps with the pad unplugged it is a bad board. It may be thinking your standing there pushing a pad. Either get both or replace the unit. Prices have come down drastically. Encompass parts was selling parts for those, sorry I do not currently have their number.
How to remove sharp 1870 microwave from rv
A lot of these have long screws that screw into the mounting plate behind the unit. If you take off the top trim panel look for two screw heads at each side of the unit. They will screw into the supporting plate behind the unit. Make sure you support the unit when you take them loose so it doesn't wind up falling onto the top of your stove. Those long screws do not come out only loosen so don't expect to remove them. good luck
