Switch off your phone and Do a restart- Get your data cable and connect to the PC- Suddenly you will see the "Mass Storage Mode" Selection page.- Then you may able to go the upper task menu and you may able to activate Wi-Fi or Data.Thereafter you can unlock the phone using the Google credentials.This was worked for me several times.

I had the same problem. I bought two new batteries before I figured it out. The three brass connections on the phone that normally touch the battery tend to curl up after several battery pulls like a finger curls up into a fist. After you remove the battery, gently scrape the brass leads on the phone with your fingernail until they extend out onto the chrome area beneath. If it doesn't work then try again. The charging leads are not making the connection to the battery because they are bent or curled up into the phone.If it still doesn't work then there's something else wrong.

3. Tap Mobile Networks (some phones have "Access Point Names" here)
4. Tap Access Point Names
5. Press the menu button
6. Select New APN
   • Name:SIMPLE Mobile
   • APN: simple
   • Proxy:<Not set>
   • Port:<Not set>
   • Username:<Not set>
   • Password:<Not set>
   • Server:<Not set>
   • MMSC:http://smpl.mms.msg.eng.tmobile.com/mms/wapenc
   • MMS Proxy:<Not set>
   • MMS Port:<Not set>
   • MCC: 310
   • MNC: 260
   • APN Type: default,supl,mms,admin
   • If no APN settings are present, a restore to factory default settings may be required.
7. Select Menu and Save
8. Go back one screen to the APN list and tap on the dot to Enable the SIMPLE Mobile APN
9. Restart phone & you're set!
