There is a mixed bag of codes that are unlikely to occur at the same time in a well maintained vehicle - if the codes are all genuine separate faults the car is likely in a very poor and much neglected condition. A couple of the codes could be genuine but it is most likely they have a common cause and the only thing common to those faults is the PCM.
An explanation of those codes will be found on the links below...

I suggest you obtain a wiring diagram and check the supplies and grounds to the PCM and if ok have the PCM checked before spending any more money.

Why ? what problem are you having ?

Saturn Cars &... | Answered on Jul 25, 2020

The click you hear could be the starter relay.

Check the starter, cables, connections and battery by manually energising the starter solenoid. If the engine cranks the starter, etc. is ok and the fault is power isn't getting through to the solenoid from wherever it should come from.

Rear compartment fuse block Located in the trunk. Access the fuse through the trunk panel on the driver side. The inside of the fuse block covers give you the location, size of fuse and purpose. Hope this helps.

There is a malfunction of the Can-Bus system probably caused by a chaffed wire touching the chassis. That causes confusion and stops certain things from working. Put it on a ramp and check the looms under the vehicle.

No, there should be a plug next to the passenger side axle that indicates level. The easiest way to get the level correct is to go ahead and service the trans. Replace the filter and refill with 7 quarts.

Contact a local ECU repairer or a good auto locksmith and ask about getting the security system decoded is one option though the best option is to get rid of most of the body electronics and build your car with a new and empty engine ECU and have it professionally mapped.

Seems you almost need the services of a friendly car thief.

Lots of modern vehicles have a deadlock option on the doors that when engaged prevents them being opened from inside as well as outside.
Deadlock is usually applied by two turns of the key or two presses of the fob lock button. If deadlock isn't engaged you should be able to open the door - professionals make a gap at the top of the door using a rubber air bag and unlock with a fishing tape or one of several weirdly shaped rods. I have used a series of wooden wedges in the past.

A slide hammer can quickly remove the steering lock barrel in most cases allowing the lock to be disengaged with a screwdriver but tends to damage the housing.
Alternatively removing the column shroud and anything else in the way, the complete lock can often be removed with a small hacksaw or some well applied brute force and ignorance.

Such a common code google can find lots about it, above are just two examples. Basically they will urge you to get down to basics and ensure the fuel pressures, delivery volume and injector spray patterns are good as well as everything else.
Bad spray patterns produce large droplets that don't burn well and the oxygen sensor can see the result as a lean mixture and the computer injecting more to compensate isn't always helpful.

These selectors are controlled by the Car's vacuum. Sounds like a vacuum diaphragm that controls Floor/defrost/ etc might be broken. Or you have a slight vacuum leak.

Connect it to a code reader scan tool and it will tell you why.

Not sure on that particular model, as some have a filter screen in the filler neck preventing a tube from being stuck down into the tank. Only one way to find out, stick a piece of garden hose down the filler neck ( use about a 4 foot section) if it only goes in a few inches to a foot, you will have to drain the gas by disconnecting the fuel line at the tank and pressure pump it out. The fuse box diagram above says you have a drivers side relay and passenger side relay. If that is correct you might try change the two relay. If the passenger side does not work after that you know the relay is bad. If the two relay are the same. It also show a relay for all the doors.

When you say the fan doesn't work but it is good do you mean that the blade spins? If so when you feed voltage to the motor do you also ground the system with a ground wire? If you put 12v+ and ground the system if the motor is good it will spin. If it is not spinning tap the motor body with a hammer. If it spins then replace the motor. If it spins after grounding the motor then look for a bad relay or relay connection.
