1.Visit the Sanyo corporate website and navigate to the webpage for the Sanyo Easy Street GPS device :click HERE .This will bring you to the purchase page

2.Click on the link "Add to Cart" and begin the purchase process.Locate the serial number on your device. Hi. Ypu can do that with a really easy step.... just find the reset button under the device and press it with a pen or something for 10 seconds.

what are some of the supported scenarios related to BDD 2007?

Have you tried to check if the battery is fully charged. Then you try to test the adapter or charger on another easystreet gps. Then borrow another battery and try it on it to see if it will start. after carrying out this tests, you will be able to detect the fault.
But if your gps comes on but do not start, then you need to format the easystreet with a computer and reinstall the maps, that should do the job.
I hope this helps.

Yes you can charge your gps using the USB cable, but it will take a few hours to fully charge, If you still have the booklet for the unit under Specs it will say what kind of battery you can pick up at any RadioShack store

Sprint makes these GPS units so I would say get a battery there
