Easystreet nvm4370 gps wont start

Have you tried to check if the battery is fully charged. Then you try to test the adapter or charger on another easystreet gps. Then borrow another battery and try it on it to see if it will start. after carrying out this tests, you will be able to detect the fault.
But if your gps comes on but do not start, then you need to format the easystreet with a computer and reinstall the maps, that should do the job.
I hope this helps.

Hi, my Sanyo NVM-4370 GPS does not turn on. I plug

You MUST use the sanyo charger with this unit. Other usb chargers, yes, even your computer, WILL NOT WORK if the battery is very low. If you have left the power button ON and just turn it off with the upper "menu" button, your battery will last about 12 hours without it being charged. Also, as I sure you are aware, the off/on must be in the on position for it to charge. Hope this helps ya .... BTW: I think the $79.00 for the Update is way out of range for this unit. $15 - 22.00 is more of a reasonable price. I got mine at RShack for $99. NEW
