Yes, your screen is dead. You really don't have any options other than to return it to the manufacturer for repair. :(

I recently purchased a SANYO VPC-TP1000 digital

Contact Sanyo - if it is new it will be under warranty, which any interference could void.

My sanyo camera turns on then just turns back off.

If there is sand or grit in the mechanism, then it will be uneconomic to repair it. Replace it, and be more careful in the future - sandwich bags are a useful invention.

To my Sanyo rep, Here is

If you've not used it in three years, it is likely that the batteries are dead. Replace themhttps://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Sanyo+VPC-E760+batteries&espv=2&biw=1740&bih=821&source=univ&tbm=shop&tbo=u&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwij3O7Rz9HSAhXF2BoKHf5aA9gQsxgIGg

I just got a sanyo model vpc-603 and it wont turn on even with new batteries

Are the batteries charged and inserted correctly ? It is always best to use the highest power re-chargeable batteries you can get, rather than the cheap ones from low-priced retail outlets.

The zoom on my sanyo vpc E2100 won't work at all, either in standard zoom mode or intelligent. it would work sometimes, at first. can this be fixed and would it cost very much?

From your description, it appears that the camera may have received an accidental blow, or else there is some foreign matter (sand or suchlike) in the lens mechanism. Either way, you are probably looking at professional repairs, which will be expensive, possibly prohibitively so. It may be more financially viable to replace your equipment. If you can show accidental damage has occurred, then you may be able to claim on your household insurance.

Whited out when shooting outdoors, or in high lighted area, perfect indoors low light. Changing ISO and white balance has no effect. Help! I,love this camera, and this just started

Could be the iris blades in the lens are not closing to control exposure - can you look into the lens while taking a 'selfie', and see if they close ? If not, then it needs a service, I'm afraid.

WHAT SIZE MEMORY CARD

The VPC-S670 works with MMC and SD cards, which max out at 2GB. There are nonstandard SD cards up to 8GB in size, which may (or may not) work with the camera. But make sure it's an SD card, not an SDHC card. The camera will not work with SDHC cards.

Don't have manual

usually a manual can be found on the internet. Look in the battery compartment on the camera or even on the body of the camera and there should be an some sort of stock number, if needed. since you know the make of the camera and the company that makes it, you should not have much problem finding it on their website or the website of sanyo dealer. Good Luck!

When you turn the camera on or off the lens will not zoom in or out it is stuck halfway on my sanyo camera vpc-e760

I had this same failure. It could be two things, one you bumped the lens an knocked it off the track it rides on. Easier done than you think, or the motor has failed on the lens. You can try to take it apart as I did, but you need time an small tools to do it. It took me three hours to take apart, an two hours to get back together. Dont throw it away I you can fix it. Someone could fix most likely if that is it

Transfer pictures to internal memory from memory card

Although most cameras do have an internal memory, the space is very limited. Most of the time you can store on or two pictures. When you shoot in lowest quality, perhaps 10. If the internal memory is full you can move the pictures from the internal memory to a SD memory card. Not the other way around. For this see the manual (English) page 33

Sanyo VPC-S770 view screen & pictures have a rosey tint

There is only one thing I can think of. If it is not this perhaps your camera is defect. Your camera has a White balance setting. You can put it in Auto, Incand. Daylight, cloudy and Manual. Check if it is in something other than Auto. If so, put it in Auto, till you think you can improve the colours by putting it in a special setting.
